I am a coach. I am here to lead, teach and train athletes, moms, business owners and those with a desire to achieve a full life. I have a passion for helping girls and female athletes discover their power, strength and resiliency through strength training and fueling properly for their needs.
Like you, I struggle with describing who I am, not just what I do. I love travel with my soon-to-be husband, Paul. I love watching live sports, sampling foods from around the world, exploring new cities and connecting with my nephews and niece. I enjoy connecting with women and professionals who wish to make an impact others to lead authentic, generous and compassionate, fulfilling lives.
I am a certified Pre- and Postnatal coach who helps frustrated and worried moms and moms to be connect with their body. I am a certified Master Health Coach who helps busy people make lifestyle changes to get the results they can feel good about.
I am also a weightlifting coach, certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and level 2 field hockey coach. I have spent the last 6 years working with a physical therapist to educate and empower injured athletes to maintain and address their weaknesses without the hiatus from training.
Throughout the last 6 years, I have coached athletes and athletes-to-be to prepare for competitive sports such as Golf, Baseball, Field Hockey, Soccer, Track and Field, Marathon Training and Football. Athletes entered the next level (National teams, college teams, travel programs) equipped with a plan and the confidence needed to succeed.
